Where it is
Mobile App Manager → Business Directory → Claim Invites tab. The tab shows a table of unclaimed listings with a Send all Invitations button.
Which listings appear
A listing is listed as “unclaimed” when it is:
- published, and
- authored by an administrator (i.e. not yet owned by a real venue), and
- has a contact email (resolved from the mapped email form field), and
- has no
claim_codepost meta yet (it hasn’t already been invited).
City and State come from the mapped City/State form fields (with the derived-location fallback).
What “Send all Invitations” does
For each listed listing:
- Finds or creates a WordPress user for the contact email (new users get the Role for new staff members from the Roles tab, else Subscriber).
- Generates a unique 6-digit client code.
- Writes the mam-main onboarding contract meta so the invited user becomes the listing author when they set a password:
mam_staff_make_author_{post_id},mam_staff_{post_id},mam_staff_{code},mam_staff_status_{code}(pending), and the listing’sclaim_code.
- Sends the
business-directory-claim-listing-invitationnotification with the{code}and{venue_name}tokens.
The 6-digit codes are tracked in the shared listing-client-codes option, which mam-main onboarding consumes — these keys are a verbatim MAM contract, not plugin-internal.
Once a listing has a
claim_code, it drops off the list, so re-running the tool only invites newly added unclaimed listings.
