Questions
Do I need to change my WooCommerce store?
No. The app reads the products and categories you already have. Orders placed in the app are WooCommerce orders.
How are payments taken?
By card, through Stripe with the MAM Stripe Manager plugin. Other payment gateways do not work in the app today.
Can I ship orders nationwide?
Not well today. The app charges a delivery fee, not shipping rates by zone or carrier. It is built for pickup and local delivery first, and we add more store types over time.
Do new product categories show up in the app by themselves?
Not yet. Add a screen for each new category in App Navigation.
Can shoppers cancel or ask for a refund in the app?
Not today. Handle cancellations and refunds in WooCommerce on your site.
Where do shoppers see their account?
The Orders screen shows their orders and status. A full account screen is not in the app yet.
Can I see my app before I pay?
Yes. The free Previewer app shows your store on your own phone.
Whose name is on the app?
Yours. It is published to your own Apple and Google developer accounts.
