Get the free plugin.
Create your free WPMAM account, then download WP Mobile App Manager.

Add MAM SupportCandy.
Install WP Mobile App Manager on the site that runs SupportCandy. Open Mobile App Manager in your WordPress admin and add MAM SupportCandy. The free SupportCandy plugin is all you need.

Share your company code.
Your help desk gets a company code, a QR code and a link. People get the WPMAM Support app from the App Store or Google Play and enter your code. The trial starts the first time someone adds your help desk.
