This certificate can be generated at https://apple.developer.com then uploaded in the Keys and Push Notification Settings area in App Settings on mobile App Manager.

This is the ID of your PN certificate. When you issue a certificate on https://developer.apple.com, you get an ID for that certificate as well.

This is the Team ID for your Apple Developer account. The easiest place to find this is at https://developer.apple.com/account in the Membership Details section.

This is the url for your app in iTunes. This will be used on badges and sharable links to help users get faster access to download your app.
